REFERRAL PROCESS

Referrals for assessment services or placement in CAPS programs are initiated by local administrators of special education.

Inquiries from professional service providers, parents and other interested parties are welcomed.

Tuition and fees are based on prevailing costs for these services.

Coming from the East

Take Route 2 heading west. Take exit 23 in Gardner. At the bottom of the ramp you will be in a rotary. Take the first exit off the rotary. This is Pearson Blvd. Follow this to the stop light at the corner (Shell station on this corner). Turn right at this light. This is Elm Street. Follow Elm St. about ½ mile. You will see two schools on the right. There is a big chair in the yard of the second school. At that intersection turn left. This is Cross St. Follow Cross St. for two blocks and turn right onto School St. CAPS is the large red building on the left with the green awning.

Coming from the West

Take Route 2 heading east. Get off at the second Gardner Exit. This is exit 23. At the bottom of the ramp you will be in a rotary. Take the third exit off the rotary.
